What is the payment method?
We support all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, etc. If you would like to pay with a different payment method, contact us by an email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upon switching plans, your current subscription will be cancelled immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the features you have paid for until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Once your subscription expires, you will loose access to all the subscription features.
Can I use my own Domain Name?
Yes, you can use your own domain names and this feature available on all plans, except for the free plan. We use CNAME for our domain mapping so that you can use either the Top Level Domain (TLD) such as domain.com or a subdomain such as subdomain.domain.com. Details are provided inside your account dashboard under the Domains section.
Is my data removed after the period of retention?
For paid subscription plans, we store all data permanently untill you cancel your subscription. For a cancelled subscription or free plan, data will be removed after a period of 1 year.
Is Unlimited plan truely unlimited?
Yes, you can create unlimited links, unlimited tags, unlimited pixels but custom domain is limited to 100.
In which plan is API available?
You can view the API key from your account, By default, it willl show on all the accounts, including free subscription accounts. But it will work only with the Premium and Unlmited subsctiption plans.
